At Acure, we want you to love your skin and hair care, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products. Our goal is to ensure your wellness journey is seamless, starting with a stress-free exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
